People Are Canceling Their Cleveland Browns Season Tickets Because Deshaun Watson Will Be Back With The Browns In 2025

The Cleveland Browns are just three weeks away from ending their nightmare season, and while many fans are ready to turn the page to 2025, some are scared that next season could be even worse.

Browns starting quarterback Deshaun Watson only made seven starts this year due to a season-ending Achilles injury, and when he did play, he was the worst quarterback in the NFL.

When Watson was being carted off the field after his injury, a small section of Cleveland fans were cheering, and it seemed like the 29-year-old quarterback days on the shores of Lake Erie were over.

A report dropped this weekend from Cleveland.com’s Mary Kay Cabot that the Browns could bring back Watson to compete for the starting job next season, which made Browns fans start canceling their season tickets.

Watson still has two more years of guaranteed money, and there was a chance the Browns would pay him and send him home, but now there is an excellent chance that he could be the starting quarterback in Week One in 2025 if he is fully recovered from his injury.

The Cleveland Browns have the best fans in the NFL, and they will show up to watch their team in the cold no matter what, but this latest news on Watson has driven fans away from their season tickets, and they should cancel them because Watson should not be anywhere close to starting for this team ever again.

I’m not wasting my money anymore.

People are cancelling their season tickets because of the report that Deshaun Watson could be back with the Browns.

There’s no way they can put him out there Week 1. https://t.co/EuXsmyg78y

The Cleveland Browns will be bad for the next handful of seasons, and maybe playing Watson next year will help them clinch the first overall pick in 2026, and they draft their franchise quarterback with that selection.
