On Sunday, the Cincinnati Bengals took a heartbreaking loss to the Baltimore Ravens in overtime, dropping their record in 2024 to 1-4. The Bengals have been off to a slow start this season, and many of their fans blame head coach Zac Taylor for the team’s struggles. Taylor now has a 43-49-1 record as the team’s head coach, and fans want him gone after yet another slow start.
Cincinnati Bengals Fans Want Head Coach Gone
Cincinnati was in position to win the game against the Ravens in overtime on a long field goal attempt. However, the snap was muffled, causing the kick to go wide to the left of the goal post, setting up Baltimore to get into field goal range to win the game.
Following the matchup, Bengals fans raided social media to petition to fire their head coach:
Fire Zac Taylor.

As I’ve said for YEARS, Zac Taylor needs to get out of Cincinnati on the first plane available.
Fire him yesterday.
The #Bengals had every chance to win this game. He’s pathetic.

Fire Zac Taylor tonight for running the ball 3 times and relying on a 53 yard field goal in overtime

Fire Zac Taylor
You have Joe Burrow, Ja’Marr Chase, and Tee Higgins and you decide to run the ball 3 times and try to kick a 52-yard field goal.
Absolute collapse from the defense and coaching today

Bengals’ Struggles
Many Bengals fans think that the offense should have been able to try and get into closer range for the field goal by throwing the ball more. With stars all over the field like Joe Burrow and Jamar Chase, it is understandable why fans are not happy with the late-game play calling.
While the offense for Cincinnati was almost unstoppable, their defense ended up losing the game at the end by giving up a 51-yards run by Ravens running back Derick Henry to give Baltimore the automatic field goal for the win.
Do you think that the Bengals’ struggles are because of poor coaching by Taylor, and should the team consider letting him go?

Yes, Zac Taylor is not the guy. Same destructive mentality as Marvin Lewis had, the play it safe, conservative, bullcrap! This is football. If you lose tryin to kick ass then then I’m good with that, but this pansy ass playin it safe shit is totally the wrong mindset and needs to go. It will only go with a new head coach with a winning attitude.
