Charles Omenihu, defensive end for the Kansas City Chiefs, recently wished his girlfriend Holly Joso for her birthday. Omenihu and his new lady-love were seen in a few snaps posted by the footballer, with matching black outfits.

The relationship timeline details of Omenihu and Joso is not too clear, especially since the footballer has been embroiled in legal issues a couple of months after assaulting his ex-girlfriend. After being jailed and then suspended by the NFL, Omenihu has been keeping his love-life under the wraps, and this is the first time he has acknowledged a romantic relationship on his social media since then.

“Happy birthday boss lady we up fashoskiii @hollyjoso” Charles Omenihu captioned his Instagram post for his girlfriend, Holly Joso, while posting a few pictures of themselves.

Charles Omenihu has been playing for the Kansas City Chiefs since 2023, before which he played for the San Francisco 49ers for a single season. Omenihu actually started off his NFL career with the Houston Texans after the team selected him as the 161st pick in the fifth round of the 2019 draft. Before the NFL, Omenihu played college football for the Texas Longhorns from 2015 to 2018.

In his career with the Chiefs, Omenihu managed to get one championship ring after the team won the Super Bowl in the 2023 NFL season. The defensive end and the rest of the team will be hard at work to try and improve their record in the upcoming NFL season. In the previous season, the Chiefs played in the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles, but unfortunately lost the game.

Charles Omenihu Re-Signed With Kansas City Chiefs After One-Year Contract

After an unfortunate ordeal in being jailed and then suspended by his team, Charles Omenihu still managed to grab onto a ray of hope. The defensive end managed to be re-signed with the Kansas City Chiefs after his one-year contract with the team expired.

Omenihu, before his arrest, was actually seen as a promising player for the team. The defensive end managed four solo tackles for the Kansas City Chiefs with a single sack, before his suspension. Omenihu will hope to create a better impression in the upcoming NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs.

The Chiefs themselves will have an aim of redeeming themselves after losing embarrassingly to the Eagles in the last Super Bowl. As per recent reports, Kansas City is trying hard to strengthen their defense in this offseason.
