According to Mike Garafolo, Carolina signed A’Shawn Robinson to a 3-year, $22.5 million contract.
Robinson has had a solid 8-year career and developed into one of the best run-stoppers in the league. He played in 110 games, starting in 74, and has 355 tackles, 26 for a loss, 21 QB hits, seven sacks, one interception, one pick-six, 19 pass deflections, and five forced fumbles in his career.
He spent the last season in New York.

Robinson played in 17 games, starting in 13, and had 62 tackles, six for a loss, one QB hit, two pass deflections, a 58.6 PFF Grade, and represented 515 (46%) defensive snaps. He led the team with 36 run stops last season.
