A Buffalo Bills’ safety will look up to two players
The Buffalo Bills’ defense is looking to improve next season. The Bills changed defensive personnel and coaching staff following their loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC Divisional Round. The Bills signed a safety in free agency with Super Bowl-winning experience. Coming from the Los Angeles Rams, Taylor Rapp recently named two Bills members he’s excited to learn from.
According to the Bills’ website, Rapp said he was looking forward to working with Micah Hyde and Jordan Poyer:
“This is a very special team, very special defense, very special back end, back seven, especially the guys that I will be joining in the room in Micah and Jordan.
They are obviously two great players, two former All-Pros and have had great careers. So, just a great opportunity to come in there and contribute in any way I can, just pick them apart and learn and soak up as much about the game as I can from those guys.”
The Bills, who are looking to the defense to perform better in the playoffs, will hope veterans and Rapp will create a more formidable group next winter. Rapp should benefit from being around a solid secondary next season.
