Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs seems to be preparing for a departure from the Bills with a cryptic social media message.
Diggs, who has been in the league since 2015, has spent the last four years of his career with the Buffalo Bills. He’s been one of the top wide receivers in the league during that time with quarterback Josh Allen throwing him the ball, but things have gone awry in the postseason.
Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs seems to be preparing to leave via trade on social media
Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs is cryptically preparing to leave the Bills according to certain changes on his social media. He changed the cover photo of his Twitter/X profile to a picture of him waving while putting out a Tweet that says “ready for whatever.”
Ready for watever.

Diggs has been elite in the regular season, but he has struggled in recent postseason games. He has had over 1,000 yards receiving in each of the last six years, but his postseason performances have not lived up to that standard.
Since famously staying on the field and watching the Kansas City Chiefs celebrate after a playoff loss in 2021, Diggs has had three catches for seven yards and four catches for 35 yards in the 2022 and 2023 divisional-round losses, respectively.
This isn’t the first time Stefon Diggs has shown discontent with the Buffalo Bills
Diggs is no stranger to cryptic social media messages as he made a similar tweet in April of 2023. He Tweeted “Come and rescue me” a few months after suffering a brutal postseason loss to the Cincinnati Bengals at home. Diggs was seen yelling at quarterback Josh Allen on the sideline during the loss.

Diggs also sent a now-deleted Tweet directed at Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes insinuating that he wanted to team up with the three-time Super Bowl champion in the near future.

Dan Treacy of Sporting News explained that there was something between Allen and Diggs, but Allen claimed that the two worked it out.
When asked whether there was “a thing” between him and Diggs, Allen confirmed, “there was.” Allen insists that “thing” is now behind them, explaining that they “hugged it out” after a lack of communication early in the offseason.
