The Cleveland Browns have no idea what they are doing at quarterback, and as of right now, Kenny Pickett is the only capable quarterback on their roster to start a game.
Pickett is not the Browns’ answer at quarterback, but the good news is that the team holds the No. 2 pick.

If Cleveland wants a quarterback, they can have the second-best one in the class since Miami’s Cam Ward is supposed to go No. 1 to the Tennessee Titans.
Browns Land Shedeur Sanders

The next best quarterback in this year’s class is Colorado’s Shedeur Sanders and Jacob Infante from Pro Football Network has the Browns taking Sanders at No. 2 in a new mock draft.
“The Cleveland Browns have many options at No. 2,” Infante wrote. “While they could go with a defensive standout, they instead take their potential successor to Deshaun Watson in this mock draft. A smart, accurate quarterback who improved consistently in college, Shedeur Sanders has the tools to start in the NFL. The Browns have some pieces for him to work with, but you don’t pass it up when you get a shot at a potential franchise quarterback.”
Cleveland’s easiest way to find a cheap quarterback would be to draft one this year, but they could pass on Sanders and take someone like Ole Miss Jaxson Dart or Alabama’s Jalen Milroe instead.
