    Dallas Cowboys rule out one

The Dallas Cowboys ruled out one starter for Sunday’s Divisional Round game against the San Francisco 49ers. The Cowboys will have one questionable for the game. The Cowboys had a short week to prepare for the 49ers, as they played their Wild Card round game on Monday night.

The short week didn’t help their injury cause. According to the Cowboys’ Friday injury report released on Twitter by Jon Machota with The Athletic, left tackle Jason Peters has been ruled out against the 49ers. Safety Jayron Kearse is questionable for Sunday.

Peters was injured on Monday night against the Buccaneers. He missed all three days of practice, so his status for next week doesn’t seem promising should the Cowboys win Sunday and advance to the NFC Championship.

Kearse was able to practice in a limited capacity all week.

The injury report had good news for defensive end DeMarcus Lawrence. He was limited in practice the first days. He was a full participant on Friday and has no designation for Sunday’s game.
