The Baltimore Ravens pass defense was one of the best in the league, ranking 6th in yards, 3rd in touchdowns, 4th in interceptions, and 7th in passing first downs in 2023.
The team had many free-agent cornerbacks this offseason. Rock Ya-Sin is still a free agent. Ronald Darby signed with the Jacksonville Jaguars, and they re-signed their slot cornerback.

Baltimore re-signed Arthur Maulet to a 2-year, $4 million extension.
Here’s a review of his NFL career and their projected starters.
Arthur Maulet bounced around with two teams in his first two seasons.
Maulet went undrafted in the 2017 NFL draft, and the New Orleans Saints signed him as an undrafted free agent. New Orleans released him during roster cuts but signed to the practice squad. He was promoted to the active roster and played six games in 2017. He had one tackle in 107 special teams snaps.
Maulet played in one game with New Orleans in 2018 and didn’t record a statistic in 20 special teams snaps. New Orleans released him on September 21.
The Indianapolis Colts claimed him off waivers. He played in five games, starting once with Indianapolis, and had nine tackles, allowing nine receptions on 12 targets for 139 yards, one touchdown, and a 140.6 passer rating. Indianapolis released him on November 20.
Arthur Maulet spent the next two seasons with the New York Jets.
New York signed Maulet to a reserve/future contract during the 2019 offseason. Maulet played in 12 games, starting six in 2019, and had 38 tackles, one interception, and two pass deflections, allowing 28 receptions on 42 targets for 269 yards and a 74.4 passer rating.
New York re-signed Maulet to a one-year deal during the 2020 offseason. Maulet played in 11 games, starting five in 2020, and had 29 tackles, one interception, and five pass deflections, allowing 20 receptions on 32 targets for 227 yards, two touchdowns, and a 91.5 passer rating.
Arthur Maulet spent the next two seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Pittsburgh signed Maulet to a one-year deal during the 2021 offseason. Maulet played in 16 games, starting twice in 2021, and had 47 tackles, one pass deflection, and one forced fumble, allowing 22 receptions on 29 targets for 294 yards, one touchdown, and a 119.0 passer rating.
Pittsburgh signed Maulet to a two-year extension during the 2022 offseason. Maulet played in 17 games, starting six in 2022, and had 59 tackles, one interception, three pass deflections, and one forced fumble, allowing 24 receptions on 39 targets for 348 yards, three touchdowns, and a 105.5 passer rating.
Pittsburgh released him on May 10, 2023.
