The Georgia Bulldogs are coming off one of the most grueling wins of the season against the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets. Georgia won that game over Georgia Tech by a final score of 44-42 in eight overtimes.
That win tired out the Bulldogs and now they will have to face the Texas Longhorns in the SEC Championship Game on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET on ABC in Atlanta, Georgia, at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
Georgia Bulldogs Fans Concerned Ahead Of Texas Longhorns Matchup
This season, nothing has come easy for the Bulldogs. Even if Georgia were to lose this weekend against Texas, they would most likely be in the college football playoffs despite losing three games. The Georgia Bulldogs fanbase is a little bit concerned ahead of the rematch with the Texas Longhorns.
Here is what some of the Bulldogs fans had to say on Twitter:
We better be ready
Better be bloody Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday because for the seniors ain’t no next year
This it!
Go dawgs! @GeorgiaFootball

Have fun in @ BDS East! No true SEC fan is betting on the Longhorns in this rematch. 😏

Good luck.

In the last meeting, the Texas Longhorns lost to the Georgia Bulldogs 30-15. Carson Beck and Quinn Ewers did not play well in that game.
First-Round Bye Up For Grabs
The winner of this game will most likely have a first-round bye in the college football playoffs. Georgia probably would not be a one-seed if they win but they would probably be a two-seed. There is a chance that if Texas wins, they could be a number one seed.
It is going to depend on what happens in the BIG10 Championship Game between the Oregon Ducks and the Penn State Nittany Lions. Texas and Georgia could be the highest-watched college football game this upcoming weekend.
