Chicago Bears safety Jaquan Brisker doesn’t seem to agree with the refs’ call in Friday night’s Final Four contest between the Iowa Hawkeyes and UConn Huskies. Iowa outlasted UConn to advance to its second-straight national championship appearance.
A Chicago Bears star didn’t like the Final Four refs
UConn got off to a fast start in the first half. They led 28-16 in the second quarter before taking a 32-26 halftime lead. Brsker didn’t like the way fouls started to affect UConn. UConn was called for twice (18) as many fouls as Iowa (9) was.

Were the UConn Huskies robbed here?
One suspicious video is going viral on social media. With four seconds left in the game and UConn trailing 70-69, Huskies’ Aaliyah Edwards was called for leaning into an Iowa defender on a screen. The call put the ball in Iowa’s hand to basically run out the game.

Many fans didn’t think the referees should have called the foul in that situation. While it was a foul, refs usually let a play like that slide at the end of a game. Brisket appeared to be frustrated with the call.
