Las Vegas Raiders star receiver Davante Adams is calling out the organization. He says that Las Vegas isn’t doing things the right way to establish a winning culture. Since the departure of current New Orleans Saints quarterback Derek Carr from the Raiders organization, Adams seems to be fed up with the Raiders and their ownership.

Davante Adams’ Frustration
Adams has been vocal about being frustrated with the Raiders before this incident. He has been public about challenging his teammates to be part of the solution rather than the problem. The star receiver joined Las Vegas specifically to play with former Raider Derek Carr, who the organization let go for no good reason. This infuriated Adams, leading him to call out the Raiders organization even more this year.
Davante Adams even put up an Instagram story on January 10th, expressing his excitement to play with Carr once again this season. Well, this did not age well at all for the veteran:

Production
Going into his second year as a Raider, Davante Adams has amounted to 1838 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns, which is amongst the best in the NFL. Adams has been such a threat to opposing defenses, especially in 2022 with Carr as the quarterback. Arguably the best route runner in the league, Adams has been known to separate himself from defenders with ease.
The Verdict
As Adams expresses his frustrations with Las Vegas, he will be looking to motivate all the guys in the locker room to give everything they got into this season. From the looks of it currently, the Raiders still have a long road ahead of them until they see some real improvement.
