Travis Kelce is already an entertainment star, according to retired NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal. O’Neal was a guest on Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce’s ‘New Heights’ podcast, and heaped praise after praise on the Kansas City Chiefs tight end after he was asked to show a couple of DJing moves.
After his retirement from the NBA, Shaquille O’Neal took part in multiple ventures, foraying into sports broadcasting and acting. He is also a well-known DJ who goes by the name ‘Diesel’. Shaq is also the Director of Community Relations for the Henry County Sheriff’s Office.
“Bro, I got you. You know what’s crazy? You opening up for your girlfriend? Bro you’d be a f**king star. Twenty minutes. 10 minutes. Hyping up the crowd? Oh my god.” Shaquille O’Neal said on the ‘New Heights’ podcast with Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce.

Shaquille O’Neal’s remarks referred to Travis Kelce making a surprise appearance in his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour at Wembley Stadium. Kelce’s appearance was truly an enjoyable experience for all the fans at the concert, and the pop-singer changed some of the lyrics to her songs referencing him as well.
Travis Kelce has been dating Taylor Swift since 2023 after he professed that he had a crush on the singer for a long time. Since making their relationship public, Kelce and Swift have been inseparable and are apparently hunting for a new home to move in together.
Travis Kelce To Star In ‘Happy Gilmore 2’ With Adam Sandler
Travis Kelce seems to already be a star on the silver screen as he is set to star in ‘Happy Gilmore 2’ with Adam Sandler. This will be the Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s first major acting role and he seems to be doing a pretty fantastic job at it.
“We have a nice something for Travis…What a big handsome guy. Funny and cool as hell. He’s a stud, and he’s so funny.” Adam Sandler said about Travis Kelce.
Travis Kelce has already made a small dent in acting after starring in the ‘Grotesquerie’ horror series and also the ‘Moonbase 8’ movie which will be released in 2020. Apart from his NFL career, Kelce has also stepped into several other business ventures, including even opening a bar with his Chiefs quarterback and close friend, Patrick Mahomes. The Kelce brothers also host a podcast called ‘New Heights’ together, which recently cracked a deal with Amazon.
