Travis Kelce is heading into the final year of his deal with the Kansas City Chiefs, and that’s more than enough to get people talking. Is this his last ride? Or will he give it another go after 2025?
The star tight end isn’t rushing anything. During his guest appearance on Bussin’ With The Boys, Kelce spoke about his mindset—and he kept it real.
“It’s the last one on the contract,” he said. “Right now, I’m locked in. I honestly don’t know how I’ll feel next March or April when it’s time to figure that out.”
He’s not making any grand exits or retirement speeches. He’s just living in the moment—and focused on one more run with the Chiefs.

Kelce, who joined Kansas City as a third-round pick back in 2013, has already done it all. Three Super Bowl rings, 10 Pro Bowls, and a spot in the record books. Whether he keeps going or not, his place in NFL history is already set.
For now, Travis Kelce’s eyes are on 2025. He’s not making long-term plans just yet. He’ll cross that bridge when he gets there.
“We’re a couple, dude”: Travis Kelce addresses relationship rumors with Taylor Swift
Of course, the spotlight isn’t just on Travis Kelce’s football future. His relationship with Taylor Swift has been front and center for months now—on NFL broadcasts, social media, and everywhere in between.

So when one of the podcast hosts brought up how often he and Swift are seen out together, Kelce didn’t dodge it.
“We’re a couple, dude, you already know,” he said. “People throw stuff out there, like we’re doing it for attention, but honestly—we’re just living life. Going to hockey games, hanging out. That’s all it is.”

There’s been a lot of noise around their relationship, with some folks calling it PR-driven. Kelce made it clear: they’re not putting on a show. They’re just doing their thing—and if the cameras are rolling, so be it.
