Travis Kelce is enjoying playing villain, along with the rest of the Kansas City Chiefs according to the most recent episode of the ‘New Heights’ podcast which he hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce. While the Chiefs indeed performed really well in the latest AFC Championship game against the Buffalo Bills, many called out the team and also the NFL officials for unethical practices on the field.

In the game against the Buffalo Bills, the Chiefs managed to win the game with a final score of 32-29. While quarterback Patrick Mahomes went for 245 yards, with 18 pass completions out of 26 attempts for 245 yards, Travis Kelce did not do much with zero scores and only two receptions in that game.

“I love it… I’m enjoying doing this with the guys that we have in there because it’s like it just makes us even more of a family. You just circle the wagons. People are saying whatever they want and they’re hating on you, you just banded together and it just makes you appreciate more of what you have. Because people want what you have.” Travis Kelce said on the ‘New Heights’ podcast.

Travis Kelce joined the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013 after the team selected him as the 63rd pick in the 3rd round in the 2013 NFL Draft. In the 2024 NFL season, Kelce managed 97 receptions for 823 yards, scoring three touchdowns.

Travis Kelce And Taylor Swift To Buy House In Kansas City Soon

In other news, Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are apparently planning to buy a house in Kansas City pretty soon. While nothing has been officially announced from either Kelce or Swift, the two are apparently engaged or getting closer to an engagement.

Kelce and Swift started dating back in 2023, with the tight end making the first move by giving the pop star a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it. Their relationship went public after Swift showed up to one of Travis Kelce’s games and cheered for him. Since then, the ‘Shake it off’ singer has been seen in a number of Kansas City Chiefs games.

Swift is also single-handedly responsible for introducing the NFL to a number of fans, called ‘Swifties’, thus, boosting the viewership and ratings of the league. However, there are also reports of favoritism shown to the Kansas City Chiefs by the NFL officials as a result of Taylor Swift’s relationship with them.
