Travis Kelce and Patrick Mahomes are scheduled to attend the Big Slick Kansas City charity event which aims to raise funds for the Children’s Mercy Hospital Cancer Center, towards the end of this month. Fans of the Kansas City Chiefs tight end will be delighted to see him in a public event, especially since the footballer has been staying away from the limelight after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles in the Super Bowl back in February.

After losing abysmally to the Philadelphia Eagles in February, Travis Kelce blamed the media for his subpar performance and has kept his head low since then. He and his pop-star girlfriend, Taylor Swift have failed to attend numerous events like the Coachella festival and even the Met Gala.

“3x Super Bowl champ & all-around legend (and receiver of that longest pass across T-Mobile Center) @killatrav is joining #BigSlickKC 2025! The @chiefs star tight end is bringing big energy and big heart to support the kids – welcome back, Travis!” Big Slick Kansas City announced on Instagram.

Apart from his other offseason activities, Travis Kelce will be currently preparing for the upcoming NFL season with the Kansas City Chiefs. The tight end has been playing for the Chiefs since 2013 after being selected by the Chiefs as the 63rd pick in the third round of the draft. Kelce has definitely been one of the luckier footballers and has won three Super Bowls with the Chiefs until date.

Travis Kelce and the rest of the Chiefs will surely hope that their next NFL season goes better than their previous one. In the 2024 NFL season, the Chiefs finished at the top of the AFC West after winning 15 games and losing two. Kansas City made it to the Super Bowl matchup to take on the Philadelphia Eagles, but lost 40-22.
