Tom Brady is confident of Shedeur Sanders’ colorful future in the NFL despite his draft stock falling to the fifth round, as reported recently by Michael Strahan, former football player. In a recent appearance on ‘Good Morning America’, Strahan mentioned that he watched the draft proceedings with Brady and that the now-retired seven-time Super Bowl winning champion remarked on Sanders’ bright future, regardless of the position where he was picked.
Brady can definitely attest to this firsthand since he himself was selected as the 199th pick in the sixth round of the 2000 NFL draft. In fact, the 47-year-old confessed a few years back that he went for a walk around the block with his parents after a few rounds of the draft went without his name being called.
“Shedeur Sanders, I don’t think this kid should have dropped to the fifth round. You watch so many quarterbacks without the production he has. I spent time with Tom Brady this past weekend. We watched the draft. As Tom said, he’s an example; it doesn’t matter where you’re picked. That’s more motivation. Economically, it may have hurt him, but career-wise, it didn’t. I think he’ll be a great player,” Michael Strahan said on ‘Good Morning America’.
Before being drafted in the NFL, Tom Brady played college football for the Michigan Wolverines from 1995 to 1999. In the league, the legendary quarterback played for the New England Patriots from 2000 to 2019 and then for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers from 2020 to 2022. In his entire NFL career, Brady had a 64.3 percent pass completion rate and scored a total of 649 touchdowns wih 212 interceptions.

Tom Brady Helped Bill Belichick’s GF Rent A Car, Says Antonio Brown
Meanwhile, Tom Brady’s name came up in another totally unrelated topic. According to retired wide receiver Antonio Brown, Brady co-signed for Bill Belichick’s girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, to rent a car. Brown tweeted this through his X account after Belichick’s latest interview with CBS went viral.

The interview went viral mainly for Hudson’s attitude throughout the conversation. The 24-year-old girlfriend of the 72-year-old former New England Patriots general manager loomed closely and even got Belichick to refuse answering some of the questions, mainly pertaining to their relationship. Apart from the couple being constantly criticized for their massive age gap, the recent interview sparked more criticism; especially that Hudson was calling the shots in the relationship.
