The Miami Dolphins revealed concerning news for Tua Tagovailoa and the offense ahead of their Week 5 matchup against the New York Giants. The 3-1 Dolphins were humbled in a blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills in Week 4.
But they also lost a key member of the offensive line.
Miami Dolphins rule out Terron Armstead
According to Cameron Wolfe with the NFL Network, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel ruled out starting left tackle Terron Armstead ahead of their Week 5 game against the Giants. McDaniel hinted that Armstead could miss multiple games as he recovers from his knee injury.
Dolphins HC Mike McDaniel said LT Terron Armstead will be out Sunday vs. Giants.
Armstead will return this season but his recovery from knee injury will be measured in weeks not days per McDaniel.

That’s another tough break for the Dolphins and All-Pro offensive lineman. Armstead missed the Dolphins’ first two games of the season due to injury.
The Dolphins are trying to keep Tua healthy this season in a bid to give the offense enough juice to make a long playoff run. Losing the most important offensive lineman won’t help that effort.
