The Tennessee Volunteers football stadium hosted country singer Morgan Wallen this past weekend for two shows. Wallen performed on Friday and Sunday. Both of those shows were sold out.
On Sunday night, former Volunteers quarterback Peyton Manning was a guest at the concert. Manning put on his retired college uniform. He played for the University of Tennessee from 1994 to 1997. Peyton Manning is a Hall of Fame quarterback for the Indianapolis Colts and also won a Super Bowl title with the Denver Broncos.
Tennessee Volunteers Fans React To Peyton Manning Putting On His College Jersey At the Morgan Wallen Concert
There is no doubt that a lot of people love Morgan Wallen. This is what some of the fans had to say about Manning putting on his Tennessee jersey at the concert:
This might be the coolest shit I’ve seen in music this year

You can tell Peyton was locking in like he was walking out to play Bama in the SEC championship

It was awesome that the former Volunteers great was able to do this at Morgan Wallen’s concert. Wallen is from the state of Tennessee and he was not the only guest in attendance on Sunday night.
Other Current Volunteers Players and Coaches Were Guests
The Tennessee Volunteers are the fifth-ranked team in the nation. Tennessee defeated the #21 Oklahoma Sooners 25-15 this past Saturday night. The Volunteers are 4-0 overall this season and 1-0 in SEC Conference play. Tennessee will be on a buy this week before they face the Arkansas Razorbacks on the road.
Along with Peyton Manning, head coach Josh Heupel, quarterback Nico Iamaleava, and wide receiver Bru McCoy were also guests at Morgan Wallen’s concert on Sunday night. What would happen if the Volunteers won the National Title this season in college football?
Would the Volunteers sell out the stadium once again for another Morgan Wallen concert if they won it all to celebrate a title? That would be an interesting idea and thought that Peyton Manning and the other players on the Volunteers could get behind.
