The Cleveland Browns will have many decisions to make with its 53-man roster before the 2025 NFL season begins. The biggest question Cleveland will have to face with its roster is how many quarterbacks they are going to keep on the roster.

There is a chance that Shedeur Sanders, Dillon Gabriel, Joe Flacco, and Kenny Pickett all may not make the team. Cleveland may just put Deshaun Watson on injured reserve before the 2025 NFL season begins as well. Is Sanders going to be a lock on the roster once the regular season comes or not?
Cleveland Browns Reporter Tells Radio That Shedeur Sanders Will Be a Lock To Make the 53-Man Roster

Many people are wondering whether or not Sanders is going to make the team out of training camp. Mary Kay Cabot of cleveland.com was on 92.3 The Fan on Tuesday morning on the Cleveland Talking Heads show. She said about the possibility of Sanders making the team out of training camp,
“They’re keeping Dillon (Gabriel) and Shedeur (Sanders). Those guys are going to make the football team. You can pretty much take that to the bank.”
This feels like a bold statement from her and OTAs and mandatory minicamp just finished for the Browns. However, this would be the best option for Cleveland. With that being the case, does this mean that Pickett or Flacco will either be released or traded before the 2025 NFL season begins?
It remains to be seen how it will go. There is also the case that the Browns decide to keep all four quarterbacks on the 53-man roster. It is very rare for NFL teams to do that these days and Cleveland fans can breathe a sigh of relief that Sanders will not be getting cut before the 2025 NFL season begins.
