Shedeur Sanders Deep Throw At Practice Is Going Insanely Viral With 6 Million Views

As Sanders goes through his first rookie minicamp with the Cleveland Browns, he is making an impression:
The Browns’ fifth-round pick took snaps and threw passes for the first time as an NFL player during rookie minicamp on Friday.
His name was buzzing over the weekend as an X account posted him under pressure and tossing a dime to a wide receiver for a touchdown.
What made the throw from Shedeur Sanders even more impressive is that the caption stated he broke an NFL record.
“Shedeur Sanders just threw this ball 81.5 yards…. AIR YARDS 👀,” the account stated.
It finished with: “That would break the NFL record previously held by Baker Mayfield (70.5).”

While it will be an uphill battle, Sanders will look for an opportunity to seize the starting job and prove he was one of the steals of the draft.
“Total BS. Compare Anthony Richardaons “here we go!” Combine deep ball. 3.71 seconds of air time, travelled 61 yards. Sanders was only in the air 2.6 seconds. But besides that, anyone watching this clip can tell you it’s not anywhere near 80 yards. And nothing in his tape would ever suggest he could throw it 80 without major windup and high-effort. Offseason workout Hyperbole is bad enough. This is next level ridiculousness,” one fan said.
“Lmao no chance that was 81.5 “air yards” haha,” a second fan laughed.
“You can see the 50-yard line in the video. He threw it from his own 44 yard line to the front endzone line. Nice 56-yard throw,” a third fan said of the video of Shedeur Sanders.
One final fan fought hard to believe it, writing, “I am so sick of people underselling Shedeur. That was clearly 81.6, maybe even 81.7 yards.”
