The Green Bay Packers are going into week three looking to start a winning streak. Green Bay is coming off an emotionally charged 16-10 win over the Indianapolis Colts in week two, and they did it without starting quarterback Jordan Love.
What made the win even more impressive was that Malik Willis, Green Bay’s starting quarterback last week, had been in town for three weeks. Matt LaFleur had extremely high praise for him following the win.
However, the day before they welcome the Titans into Lambeau, Green Bay made a move at QB.

According to Green Bay insider Tom Silverstein:
Packers elevated QB Sean Clifford and CB Robert Rochell from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday.
Means 3 QBs on the 53 and would make you think Jordan Love won’t play. TBD.
Clifford being elevated doesn’t bode well for Love’s availability. It is also telling due to the fact that practice squad players can only be elevated three times per season. This is already Clifford’s second time in three weeks.
Still, Clifford’s long time starting experience will be beneficial for Green Bay’s sideline. He has an incredible college resume at Penn State:
