Ohio State is less than 24 hours away from kicking off the second-biggest game of their season against, Penn State.
A few weeks ago, the Buckeyes went to Oregon and lost 32-31. Then, last week, Ohio State was awful at home against Nebraska and needed a defensive stand on the last drive of the game to hold onto the win.
Ohio State has many issues right now, and there is a great chance they will lose to Penn State this weekend. If the Buckeyes lose to the Nittany Lions, they will be in a lot of trouble moving forward, and one big-time media outlet had one word to describe the Buckeye’s horrible last month of play.
Ohio State’s Season Has Been Bad

Bleacher Report’s David Kenyon published an article in 1 Word to Describe Every Top 25 Team’s October and stated the Buckeyes are Unsatisfying.
Kenyon stated, “Remember, we’re drawing a hard line. The feeling around the Buckeyes could rapidly shift depending on what happens at Penn State. But in October, they weren’t great. Will Howard’s fateful run as time expired punctuated a loss at Oregon, and OSU needed a fourth-quarter score to survive at home against Nebraska.”

Ohio State has yet to show that it is one of the top five teams in the country, and there is a good chance they will be fighting for their playoff lives this November.
The Buckeyes have been bad against top competition the last few years, and this team lacks the factor that many national championship-winning teams have.
If Ohio State can somehow pull off the victory in Happy Valley, they will start their November on a great start, but that is a major IF at the moment.
