Ohio State will host Tennessee in less than two weeks in the first round of the college football playoffs, and Tennessee players are already taking shots at the Buckeyes.
There has been a rivalry for some time now in college football between who has the better environment between the SEC and Big Ten schools, and one player who has been able to play in both conferences gave his take on the situation.
Former Ohio State Player Goes After The Buckeyes
Tennessee safety Andre Turrentine, who started his career with the Buckeyes in 2021, said harsh words for the former stadium he played in and stated,” The Shoe isn’t as loud as the SEC. It’s a different animal here.”

The Shoe is a nickname for Ohio State stadium, and Turrentine gave the Buckeyes and their fans bulletin board martial.
While Ohio State’s stadium has been criticized for being too quiet at times, it will be much different this time.
The Buckeyes didn’t play one big home night game this season, and now they will get a chance to do so in the playoffs against an SEC team, so their fans will want to make a statement.
Ohio State fans are mad they lost to Michigan once again, and now they will take their anger out on Tennessee in ten days.
The winner of Ohio State vs Tennessee will play Oregon in the Rose Bowl, and there is an excellent chance that one of those teams will pull the upset.
