People in Columbus, Ohio, are getting no sleep this week because they are too excited to see their Ohio State Buckeyes play Michigan for the first time since last year’s heartbreaking loss.
Michigan has taken down the Buckeyes in the last three years, but this time, it will be a lot different since one of the teams in this matchup is awful.

Ohio State is one win away from heading to the Big Ten title, while Michigan is lucky they played Northwestern last week to get their sixth win and become bowl-eligible.
The Buckeyes are favored more than three scores this week, and whenever you commit to Ohio State, the game you circle on your calendar each year is the one happening in four days, but one Buckeyes commitment must have run out of pen before he got to circling Michigan on his schedule.
Ohio State Loses Another Defensive End

According to Hayes Fawcett from On3.com, “Four-Star EDGE London Merritt has decommitted from Ohio State.”

According to 247sports.com, Merritt is the 25th-ranked EDGE in the 2025 class, and the Buckeyes’ losing him is a major blow to the program.
Ohio State lost another defensive end commit in the 2025 class a few weeks ago when Zahir Mathis decided to reopen his recruitment. Now, you have to be wondering what is going on in Columbus.
Knowing Ryan Day, he will figure something out, but losing two great defensive ends a few weeks apart is not good, and it could mean the program is falling apart in some areas.
