The NFL was made aware of New England Patriots’ wide receiver Stefon Diggs being seen in a video with possible drugs present. The video was taken on a boat on Memorial Day weekend with multiple women present.
Now, we are starting to hear what may happen to the star wide receiver.
NFL Releases Immediate Response To Stefon Diggs’ Boat Video With Possible Narcotics Present

It was reported earlier this week that Stefon Diggs was partying with three women on a boat during Memorial Day weekend. An unidentified pink substance was seen being carried by Diggs, with some speculating it was cocaine:
Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio reached out to the NFL for comment. Brian McCarthy, the league’s Chief Spokesperson, told Florio via email that they’ll “decline comment” on the video.
On Wednesday, a reporter asked Patriots head coach Mike Vrabel about the video. Vrabel stressed the importance of making “great decisions on and off the field.” He wouldn’t specify any conversations he had with Diggs before telling the media scrum that Diggs was absent from OTAs.
The Patriots signed Stefon Diggs to a three-year deal worth up to $69 million in free agency, including $26 million in guarantees. The contract seemed risky at first, given his age (32 in November), well-documented attitude concerns (it’s why the Buffalo Bills traded him to the Houston Texans) and the fact that he was coming off a season-ending ACL tear.

Diggs is a six-time 1,000-yard receiver who helped Josh Allen reach superstar status during their four-years together.
During his appearance on 98.5 The Sports Hub, Sports Illustrated’s Albert Breer reported that New England could consider cutting Diggs in order to save some of the guaranteed money on his contract.
Breer said “all things are on the table” and that Diggs’ future with the team could depend on what he tells Vrabel.
