There is no shortage of great NFL quarterbacks throughout the history of the game. As Super Bowl LVIII inches closer and closer, Kansas City Chiefs starter Patrick Mahomes is preparing an attempt to become just the fifth quarterback ever to win three Super Bowls.

Indeed, the list of quarterbacks with multiple Super Bowl wins is already small. However, that list gets bigger if one takes into account those that won NFL Championships before the Super Bowl Era.

NFL Quarterbacks that Have Won Multiple Super Bowl Titles and/or NFL Championships

A note on the rankings: the quarterbacks listed below are ranked by the Super Bowl wins and NFL Championships won as the starting quarterback for their teams. If one were to include wins as the backup quarterback, Steve Young, for example, would have three wins as opposed to the one he achieved as the starter. Jim McMahon would have two, the one he famously won with the Chicago Bears in 1985 and the one he was a part of as Brett Favre’s backup with the 1996 Green Bay Packers.
