The NFL offseason once again is going to headline Aaron Rodgers. On Thursday, the New York Jets announced that they would be parting ways with him and that he could very well be on a different team or retire next season.
One NFL team who is unsure of their quarterback situation entering next season is the Minnesota Vikings. Despite the Vikings finishing with a 14-3 record, they have many questions that they will have to answer at that position. Minnesota will be one of the teams to watch for this offseason.
NFL Fans Want To See Aaron Rodgers Sign With the Minnesota Vikings This Offseason
With Aaron Rodgers getting released by the New York Jets, some NFL fans want to see Rodgers sign with the Vikings this offseason. Brett Favre used to play for the Green Bay Packers, the Jets, and the Vikings before he retired from the NFL. Rodgers has a chance to do the funniest thing ever this offseason.

If Rodgers does not retire, Minnesota will be one of the teams that could sign him. The New York Giants, the Las Vegas Raiders, the Pittsburgh Steelers, the Tennessee Titans, the Indianapolis Colts, and the Seattle Seahawks could be some teams that could also sign Aaron Rodgers this offseason.
Minnesota Vikings Quarterback Situation
The Vikings will have to decide with to do with Sam Darnold this offseason. They could sign him to a long-term deal, franchise tag him, or not bring him back entirely. If they don’t bring him back and if J.J. McCarthy is not ready to start next year, Aaron Rodgers could be someone that Minnesota could sign to start to give McCarthy more time to get ready.
J.J. McCarthy is only 22 years old and they could take their time with his development. Rodgers is 41 years old. The Vikings could get to the next level with Aaron Rodgers at quarterback next season. Rodgers throwing to Justin Jefferson, Jordan Addison, and T.J. Hockenson next year and being coached by Kevin O’Connell would be fun to watch.
