New York Giants general manager Joe Schoen spoke to the media on Monday. With the Giants’ regular season in the rearview mirror, it is time to look forward to the 2025 offseason and NFL regular season. New York finished with a 3-14 record.
On Monday, owner John Mara decided to keep Schoen and head coach Brian Daboll around for another season. It will be their fourth season with the team, but the New York Giants fanbase will be expecting wins next season.
New York Giants General Manager Joe Schoen Talks About Shedeur Sanders Potentially Playing With Malik Nabers Next Season
The Giants will have the third overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and many wonder if they are going to draft quarterback Shedeur Sanders from Colorado or Cam Ward from Miami. Sanders has had cleats with the Giants logo. Many fans are picturing wide receiver Malik Nabers catching passes from him next season.
Giants general manager Joe Schoen was asked about Shedeur Sanders throwing to Malik Nabers in New York and he responded by saying:
“I had not seen that before, an NFL receiver and a quarterback prospect playing catch down in New York City. That was interesting.”
It will be interesting to see if Joe Schoen will be able to draft Shedeur Sanders or not in the 2025 NFL Draft. He has scouted many different quarterbacks this college football season. Everyone knows that the New York Giants have to draft a quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft.

There is going to be a lot of chatter about the New York Giants, Shedeur Sanders, Joe Schoen, and much more leading up to the 2025 NFL Draft. Schoen and Daboll will need to prove themselves in year four with the Giants and show lots of improvement.
