The Chicago Bears Fans have officially broken down after their team dropped a third straight game on Sunday. This time, they failed to reach the end zone against one of the worst teams in the NFL, the New England Patriots.

A week ago, the Patriots fell to the worst team in the league, the Tennessee Titans, and seven days later, they walked right into the windy city and held the Bears to three points while dropping 19 on them.

It was a horrific day for the first overall pick, Caleb Williams, who threw for 120 yards and was sacked nine times. The worst part of his afternoon was on the other sideline, quarterback Drake Maye, who was selected two picks after Williams had 184 yards passing and found the endzone.
Both quarterbacks weren’t lighting up the sky, but Maye looked like the better player for all four quarters, which led to Bears fans already turning on their new franchise signal caller.
Chicago Bears Fans Think Mitchell Trubisky Was Better

Carl, who works at Barstool Sports and is a diehard Bears fan, went on a rant during the game and stated that “Mitch was never this bad.”

Mitchell Trubisky, selected second overall in 2017, was the quarterback for the Bears for four seasons. He even took them to a couple of playoff games.
Trubisky was just above average in Chicago, and there are many reasons why he is not starting in the league today, but for fans to think he was better than Williams is laughable.

The Bears have not had a good quarterback since Sid Luckman in the 1940s, so none of them even know what a good one looks like, but trust me, Williams is nowhere close to being as bad as Trubisky.

Williams is still young and hasn’t even played a full season in the league yet, so he will learn the game and grow up over the next few years.
