Maxx Crosby is clearly frustrated with the Las Vegas Raiders team management. After finishing the season on a sour note, the Raiders are apparently on the hunt for a new coach, again. Las Vegas has been infamous for hiring and firing coaches frequently, with five coaches let go in the last five years.
Maxx Crosby, who joined the Raiders squad back in 2019, clearly knows plenty about this. In their most recent season, Antonio Pierce took charge as head coach and was recently fired by the management after the team performed very poorly. Pierce himself was vetted by Maxx Crosby, who felt that he could deliver and take the team to the playoffs. Maxx Crosby currently finds himself and the rest of the team waiting for a new coach and voiced his opinions on his YT channel.
“Being here with the Raiders, I’ve seen a lot. I mean, I’m gonna be on a new head coach again. This will be the fifth head coach we’ve had or whatever so we’ll see.”, Crosby said on ‘The Rush With Maxx’.
With Maxx Crosby clearly not being happy with the Las Vegas Raiders, rumors have started going around that the player might soon quit the team and request a trade. However, it was only recently that Maxx Crosby signed a contract extension with the Raiders. Also, Maxx Crosby has never hinted that he would like to leave the team, despite all its flaws.
The Las Vegas Raiders ended their season in the fourth position of the AFC West table with only four wins and 13 defeats. In their very last game, the Raiders played against the Los Angeles Chargers and lost the game with a final score of 34-20.
Maxx Crosby’s New Coach To Be Hired By Tom Brady
The future looks pretty hopeful for Maxx Crosby and the rest of the Las Vegas Raiders who are looking for a new head coach to lead them. However, this time around, the team has a not-so-secret weapon in Tom Brady. Brady recently became a minor-owner of the Raiders, and apparently, his expertise as a former NFL star will be used to hire the right coach.
Brady is already in talks with several top coaches, including Bill Belichick, who is currently coaching college football. As per recent reports, Belichick has actually turned down the offer. Still, with Brady looking out for the team and its personnel, Maxx Crosby’s next season with the Raiders might definitely go smoother than he thinks.
