Mason Rudolph, quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers, recently reacted to Minkah Fitzpatrick being traded to the Miami Dolphins. Rudolph and Fitzpatrick have been friends for a long time but their chances of playing together in the upcoming season were ruined with the latter’s trade. Rudolph himself recently signed with the Steelers and will be playing his very first season with the team in the upcoming NFL season.
Rudolph shared a picture of himself and Fitzpatrick on the field with a sentimental caption. Fitzpatrick’s trade to the Dolphins was definitely the news of the week, with numerous fans and analysts giving mixed reactions to his trade.
“Ultimate pro, ultimate leader. See you when I see you, [Minkah],” Mason Rudolph captioned his Instagram tribute for Minkah Fitzpatrick.
Meanwhile, Mason Rudolph is definitely comfortable after re-signing with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Rudolph last played for the Steelers for a few seasons after he was bagged by the team in the 2018 draft. The quarterback being back with his old team not only spells success for him but also for the Steelers. Rudolph and the Steelers will soon be opening their 2025 campaign with a matchup against the New York Jets in Week 1.

On another note, Minkah Fitzpatrick will be hoping that his next stint with the Miami Dolphins goes better than his first. Fitzpatrick’s trade to the Dolphins has been called unwise with many NFL analysts who feel that the safety’s numbers have been depleting over the years. It remains to be seen how Fitzpatrick will be performing with the Dolphins in the upcoming season.
Mason Rudolph Seems Optimistic About Aaron Rodgers In Steelers
Mason Rudolph seems to be pretty happy about being backup quarterback to QB1 Aaron Rodgers who signed with the team some time back. Rodgers, after several months of dancing around, finally confirmed his decision to play for the Steelers in what seems like his last season in the league.

Rudolph revealed a few weeks back that he has been having plenty of fun with Aaron Rodgers, who has been very “inquisitive about the offense”. Rodgers has been seen to be getting pretty chummy with his teammates at the Pittsburgh Steelers, including Mason Rudolph.

The Pittsburgh Steelers with Rodgers on their side look pretty confident as they prepare to enter the 2025 season. Aaron Rodgers also confessed in an interview that he decided to play with the Steelers for his last year only because of his confidence in him.
