The Los Angeles Rams may have had to sit out of Super Bowl LVIII after being taken out of the NFC Wild Card, but that doesn’t mean that they didn’t enjoy the game.

Aaron Donald, the star pass rusher for the Los Angeles Rams, posted on his Instagram story an image of him smiling with a Super Bowl ring on his finger.
If the post wasn’t meant to poke fun at the Niners’ suffering, it’s tough to know what will.

Donald is one of the most elite pass rushers in the NFL, and his presence on the defensive line always demands attention from offensive linemen. Despite the numerous double teams he faces on the regular, he managed to get 8.0 sacks and 28 solo tackles through the 2023 season. He also proved his worth in Super Bowl LVI as he sacked Joe Burrow twice to help his team take home the Lombardi.
While San Francisco’s championship window is still wide open, Donald will take every chance he gets to rub it in to his NFC West rivals.
Matthew Stafford’s wife was ‘miserable’ during Rams’ Super Bowl run
Aaron Donald’s QB1, Matthew Stafford, is currently mulling whether he still has one more season in him. While he’s already won one Super Bowl to his name, he’s still hungry to add one more ring to his collection.
While the media circus around his retirement is still running around, his wife earlier revealed that their team’s win took a toll on her.
According to The Spun’s Matt Hladik, Stafford’s wife revealed that the stress of the postseason got to her. She claimed that she weighed 90 lbs during her husband’s Super Bowl run.
While it is unhealthy to let the stress of the postseason get to you like that, Stafford wouldn’t have traded what he experienced as he experienced being on the top of the world with the Rams. The sweet feeling of that Super Bowl win is probably what will drive him to play for one more season.
