The 8-5 Los Angeles Chargers host the 7-6 Tampa Bay Buccaneers at SoFi Stadium for Week 15 of the regular season. The Chargers, currently in 6th place in the AFC Playoff Picture, see their chances of making the playoffs rise from 91% to 96% with a win and a slight drop to 83% with a loss. Either way, they still have a high likelihood of making it to the playoffs but cannot afford complacency.
The Los Angeles Chargers star rookie is dealing with two injuries

As previously discussed on Gridiron Heroics, the Chargers’ leading receiver, rookie wide receiver Ladd McConkey, is battling two separate injuries. The first injury McConkey is dealing with is an AC joint sprain, which he sustained in Week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals, but he didn’t miss any games because of that. The second injury he’s dealing with is a knee sprain in Week 13 against the Atlanta Falcons, and he missed Week 14 against the Kansas City Chiefs.
McConkey (knee/shoulder) practiced on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday in a limited fashion. As a result, the Chargers listed him as questionable in their official injury report.
What does his official game status look like for Week 15?

According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network on Saturday night, Ladd McConkey would work out during pre-game warmups to ultimately determine his availability for Week 15 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. As Rapoport pointed out a little while ago, McConkey is good to go and officially active. He will return to the starting lineup against the Bucs after missing last week’s game against the Chiefs, which will give a massive boost to Justin Herbert and the offense.
