The Las Vegas Raiders have officially entered the Geno Smith and Pete Carroll era, with the two-time Pro Bowler and future Hall of Fame head coach set to make their highly anticipated debut with less than two weeks until Week 1. However, first, the front office, led by rookie general manager John Spytek, must trim the roster from 90 players to finalize its initial 53-man roster by 3 PM CST. Unfortunately, the Raiders must make the difficult decision of releasing/waiving players who have fought long and hard their whole lives to fulfill their dream of playing in the National Football League.
Without further ado, here is their initial 53-man roster.
