NFL commissioner Roger Goodell isn’t messing around this season, especially when fining Denver Broncos safety Kareem Jackson. The NFL has fined the former first-round pick $43,709 for unnecessary roughness in his team’s 19-8 loss against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 7. However, the refs did not call the former Houston Texan for a personal foul during the contest.
