Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick have found themselves in the headlines as of late, but not for positive reasons. When North Carolina hired the six-time Super Bowl winning head coach of the New England Patriots to lead their program, they undoubtedly thought he would help put the Tar Heels in the national spotlight.
And, to an extent, he has. Unfortunately, most of the stories surrounding North Carolina have more to do with Hudson than with what Belichick is building on the football field.
Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick Are at the Center of Controversy

While the public has known about Hudson and Belichick’s 49-year age-gap relationship for a while, it was not a big point of contention until after he had been hired by North Carolina. At first, the couple saw themselves ridiculed by former Patriots players and media members because of their difference in age, but now many are expressing legitimate concern about what, exactly, is going on.
After being hired by the Tar Heels, Belichick asked that all emails sent to him also be forwarded to Hudson. And while the 24-year-old is the head of Belichick Media, she is not a university employee. Her presence at North Carolina’s spring practices also raised some eyebrows.
But those early stories pale in comparison to what has transpired since.
By now, most everyone who follows college football is familiar was Belichick’s disastrous CBS interview, in which Hudson can be heard saying “We’re not going to talk about that,” when the head coach was asked how he met his girlfriend.
Also well-known, at this point, is the fact that HBO dropped North Carolina from their “Hard Knocks” production because Hudson wanted to much control (and ownership) over the project.
Jordon Hudson and Bill Belichick Want to Get Married

Despite the controversies surrounding him, and the encouragement of others towards Belichick to breakup with Hudson, the couple are apparently thriving as the “bad guys.”
According to a report by the New York Post, “Everyone seems to want to pounce on Bill and Jordon if there is any type of misfortune that comes their way. “Jordon is a bad guy to the public, but when it comes to both of them, they are happy, and they are in love, and they want to get married.”
Hudson was recently photographed wearing a ring on his left hand, leading many to wonder if they are engaged. Indeed, she has apparently told at least one person that they are planning to be wed.
In the meantime, though, Belichick is busy re-building a football program at Chapel Hill. Many wonder, though, how involved Hudson really is in that process.
