Isaac Rochell and his wife, Allison Kuch, welcomed their first daughter last December. Rochell’s wife gave birth to Scottie through C-section, and the couple had one of their happiest moments in life when they welcomed their baby girl into this world.
It’s common for mothers to see a change in their physique after giving birth. Likewise, it takes a while for them to get back to their old physique. Yet, for Kuch, she seems to be getting back to her pre-pregnancy version sooner than expected.
Kuch took to her Instagram to share a couple of images showing her perfectly toned tummy after her C-section in a postpartum glow-up. She was working out in a gym and captured her body with some mirror selfies. Kuch was surprised with her appearance. As part of C-section awareness month, she shared images and captioned her post.
“Happy c-section awareness month. Genuinely never thought my stomach would look like this after pregnancy & ESPECIALLY after having a c-section,” Allison Kuch wrote.
Isaac Rochell’s wife is indeed an inspiration to many. She also mentioned that diet played a huge part in her quick transformation.
“My diet has played the biggest part in my body changing: no alcohol. Focusing on high protein & fiber. Primarily no dairy and gluten. Eating at home 90% of the time. If I wouldn’t feed it to my daughter, not eating it (lol) so that cuts out a lot of sugar and gross foods,” Kuch wrote.

Isaac Rochell is enjoying every moment of retirement. Although he is done with the big leagues, his adventurous spirit cannot be taken away. Recently, the former NFL star took a trip to Moab, Utah, to partake in a bungee jumping adventure.
Rochell shared a series of images in which he was seen jumping off a huge cliff. Rochell was all geared up, wearing a GoPro on his helmet. The former player tagged the official Instagram account for the Jeep brand and captioned his post.
“We jumped off the cliff behind us…. Slide to see…. @jeep I LOVE YOU,” Isaac Rochell wrote. Here’s a look at the images.

Rochell’s post gathered more than 6k likes, and many fans were surprised. Rochell and Kutch are enjoying time with their daughter Scottie. Isaac Rochell announced his retirement from the NFL on his wife’s Sunday Sports Club podcast.
