The Indianapolis Colts couldn’t have had a worse day on Sunday, losing to the Minnesota Vikings. The worst thing was that it was on Sunday Night for the entire world to see.
The Colts made a change this past week at quarterback, benching their second-year starter Anthony Richardson for veteran Joe Flacco, and the offense was supposed to be much improved.
The only issue was that the Colts never found the endzone on offense Sunday night, and the entire NFL world laughed at them for benching their young quarterback and the offense not improving.
Indianapolis did get some good news on Monday that many fans are happy about because their team won’t be embarrassed during primetime again.
The Colts were supposed to play the New York Jets Week 11 on Sunday night football, but the league decided to flex them out of that spot and replace them with the Cincinnati Bengals against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Jets and Colts will kick off at 1:00 PM ET, and many Indianapolis fans are happy they no longer have to watch their team in primetime.
