The Indianapolis Colts missed the playoffs last season. The Colts have not been to the playoffs since the 2020 season.

A lot of fans wanted general manager Chris Ballard fired after last season, but he was not fired. With this franchise having the 14th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft, it will be interesting to see which direction they head in. This fanbase may not have a lot of trust left in Ballard to make decisions.
Indianapolis Colts Select Tyler Warren In Latest 2025 NFL Mock Draft

The Colts have the 14th pick in the 2025 NFL Draft and they need to find a playmaker on the offensive side of the football for quarterback Anthony Richardson. Ryan Wilson of CBS Sports created his last mock draft and he has Indianapolis selecting Penn State Nittany Lions tight end Tyler Warren with that pick. Wilson said:
“Tyler Warren accounted for 49% of Penn State’s offense as a receiver, passer and runner. No player has done more for his draft stock than Warren, who was a late Day 2/Day 3 pick over the summer and could end up going higher than the middle of the first round.”
There is no doubt that he is the best tight end in this draft class. Tyler Warren last season caught 104 passes for 1,233 yards receiving and eight touchdowns, along with averaging 11.9 yards per reception. Warren also rushed for 218 yards on 26 carries and four touchdowns last season and averaged 8.4 yards per carry.
He is 6’6″ and weighs 257 lbs. The former Penn State Nittany Lions tight end could be drafted earlier in the 2025 NFL Draft. Teams like the San Francisco 49ers or the Dallas Cowboys could draft Warren before the Indianapolis Colts do.
