The Houston Texans and Jacksonville Jaguars battled on Sunday in an AFC South showdown. It was an ugly first half for both teams’ offenses, and a massive fight occurred late in the second quarter. The fight happened after Texans star linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair had a dirty hit on Jaguars quarterback Trevor Lawrence.
Houston Texans Defender Injures Trevor Lawrence
Al-Shaair led his shoulder into Lawrence on a tackle attempt, even when the quarterback was sliding to go down to avoid being injured. The hit was directly to the head of Lawrence, causing him to be carted off of the field eventually and ruled out of the game.

Al-Shaair Ejection
Jacksonville quickly came to the defense of their quarterback, causing a massive fight to ensue and leading to multiple ejections, including to Al-Shaair. The linebacker did not stop there, though, as he argued with the official about the blatantly obvious penalty and even fought with Jaguars fans in the stands after he was ejected from the game and heading to the locker room. Fans began to throw their trash at the defender, causing even more of a scene on the field.

uarsAl-Shaair will probably receive a massive punishment from the NFL, likely including a fine and possibly a suspension.
