Fox Sports has been dealing with a troubling scandal for most of 2025. Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor have been the biggest names in the scandal that includes offering money for sex as well as sleeping with coworkers to “get ahead in their career.”
Now, Fox has made a final decision regarding one of the executives involved in the case.
Fox Makes Massive Firing In Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor Sex Scandal (Report)

FOX Sports has reportedly decided to part ways with executive Charlie Dixon:
Dixon has been named in two lawsuits, with two plaintiffs accusing him of sexual misconduct. He was placed on administrative leave in February after he was named in a second suit following the bombshell claims also accusing the likes of Skip Bayless and Joy Taylor of various infringements.
According to The Athletic’s Andrew Marchand, Dixon is no longer employed by the network.
“Fox Sports executive vice president Charlie Dixon, who is a co-defendant in two lawsuits in which he was accused of sexual battery, is officially done at the network,” Marchand reported on Tuesday morning.
The journalist cites a spokesperson who told the outlet, “Charlie Dixon is no longer with Fox Sports.”
“There is no further comment at this time,” the spokesperson added.

FOX sent Dixon on leave after his name came up in a lawsuit filed by Noushin Faraji, a former hairstylist for the company, who alleged that he groped her during a co-worker’s party in January 2017.
Faraji said a former FOX employee told her that her contract was not renewed because she rejected his advances. She’s also suing Bayless for sexual harassment, while she claims Taylor was insulting and made fun of her Persian name.
Another complaint from former FOX reporter and anchor Julie Stewart-Binks stated that Dixon requested that she come to his hotel room after a work meeting, then held her against the wall by pinning her arms and forcibly kissed her in 2016.
Dixon’s attorney, John Ly, noted that the executive cooperated fully with the investigation and maintains he did nothing wrong.
