The LSU Tigers had a 17-7 lead on the road at halftime against the Texas A&M Aggies. In the second half, LSU lost control of the game against the Aggies and lost by a final score of 38-23.
With the win, the Aggies improve to 7-1 on the season and the Tigers drop to 6-2 on the season. This was a game that LSU should not have lost on the road against Texas A&M.
LSU Tigers Fans Call For Brian Kelly’s Job After Loss Against the Texas A&M Aggies
The Tigers fanbase is calling for head coach Brian Kelly’s job after the loss against the Aggies on the road. One of the biggest concerns for LSU should be quarterback Garrett Nussmeier. He was not good in this game against Texas A&M. Nussmeier completed 25-of-50 passes for 405 yards, two touchdowns, and three interceptions.
He deserves more of the blame than Kelly does. However, the fanbase does not think so, and here is what they had to say after they dropped from eight to 16 in the AP Polls this week:

The Tigers still have a chance to make the college football playoffs this season. If they were to miss the playoffs this season, head coach Brian Kelly would receive a lot of heat from the LSU Tigers fanbase.
Season On The Line On November 9 Against the Alabama Crimson Tide
The Alabama Crimson Tide is 6-2 this season and they will be on a bye this week before the LSU Tigers matchup. LSU will also be on a bye this week before the matchup. Both teams are going to be rested before the big game for the Tigers at home.
This is very much an elimination game for the college football playoffs. The Texas Longhorns, the Georgia Bulldogs, the Texas A&M Aggies, and the Tennessee Volunteers will most likely make it from the SEC Conference. The other bid could either go to the LSU Tigers or the Alabama Crimson Tide.
