The Philadelphia Eagles and Kansas City Chiefs met in New Orleans for Super Bowl 59. A 7-0 lead after the first quarter blossomed into a 24-0 lead by halftime for the Eagles. Kansas City would score 16 fourth quarter points to put up 22 points on the board, but Philadelphia’s 40 proved to be too much.
However, following the loss, one Eagles starter is seeing his mother suffer the consequences.
Eagles’ Star Sees Mother’s Restaurant Being Destroyed by Chiefs Fans Following Super Bowl 59

Fans of the Kansas City Chiefs are trying to destroy Del Johnson’s restaurant, owned by the mother of Philadelphia Eagles safety C.J. Gardner-Johnson:
C.J. Gardner-Johnson helped the Eagles to a 40-22 blowout victory over the Kansas City Chiefs in Super Bowl 59, earning the veteran safety his first championship ring. Gardner-Johnson had three tackles in the victory.
As noted by Dov Kleiman and other observers on social media, some childish Chiefs fans are taking their frustrations out on Del Johnson by leaving negative reviews on her Kings Grill restaurant in Rockledge, Florida.
Awful: #Chiefs fans and Swifties are leaving fake bad reviews to CJ Gardner-Johnson’s mother’s restaurant in Florida.
CJ’s mother did NOT do anything, and they are putting her livelihood at risk.

It was both historic and humbling for the Chiefs to lose. Patrick Mahomes was sacked six times while Kelce managed just 39 yards. A jumbotron showing Swift, seated in a suite, was booed. Gardner-Johnson’s trash talk was more than stats; it weaponized personal lives as well. In the midst of the clash, rapper Travis Scott threw Swift a lifeline:
He called her a “dream collaboration,” adding: “I’d love to get Taylor or Sabrina Carpenter on a hook… I have some ill ideas.” The nod, post-Super Bowl boos, felt like solidarity. While fans debated a Scott-Swift track, CJ Gardner-Johnson’s mom wiped fake reviews. Irony alert: A rapper known for chaos preached unity, while football fans fractured it.
The attack crossed lines, dragging a small business into sports rivalry. Fans quickly split into factions. Some defended the Eagles star, flooding King’s Grill with 5-star reviews. One fan tweeted: “Why does everyone hate the Chiefs? They give us more reasons every day.” Others shrugged: “CJ pulled a Drake. He gotta be ready to take the hit.” X became a battlefield.
