Breaking: Donald Trump Announces Next Massive Sporting Event He’ll Attend

A fascinating tidbit was dropped by Pat McAfee regarding President Donald Trump possibly appearing at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas this weekend:
On top of hosting “The Pat McAfee Show” on ESPN, the former NFL punter works part-time as a WWE commentator. The former Indianapolis Colts fan has also wrestled several matches for the company, including bouts with Austin Theory and Vince McMahon on day two of WrestleMania 38.
During Friday’s edition of his show, McAfee strongly indicated that Donald Trump, who’s good friends with former WWE CEO and chairman Vince McMahon, will be at WrestleMania 41 weekend in Sin City.
“The tribal Commander-in-chief has the Ula Fala in Washington, D.C. that thing is on a private plane, heading over here to Las Vegas,” McAfee said.

Long before his political career, Donald Trump made occasional appearances for WWE. Trump and McMahon were part of a storyline for WrestleMania 23, where they were represented by Bobby Lashley and the late Umaga, respectively.
The match was hyped as a “Battle of the Billionaires,” with Lashley and Umaga representing the two. Since Lashley won the match, the stipulation called for McMahon to have his head shaved in the middle of the ring.
Trump appeared again on WWE programming in 2009 to work a storyline with McMahon, where the former bought “Monday Night Raw.” As part of the storyline, McMahon gave Trump “double” his money back to regain ownership of WWE’s flagship program.
