The Denver Broncos are looking to build on last season’s dominance as one of the league’s top pass-rushing tandems. Their pass rush finished first in pressures and sacks and second in pass-rush win rate. The Broncos have two high-level EDGE rushers, Jonathon Cooper and Nik Bonitto, along with two reliable backups and rotational pieces in Jonah Elliss and Dondrea Tillman.
However, having four talented EDGE defenders didn’t prevent them from bringing in more talent.
The Denver Broncos drafted a raw prospect on Day 3

The Broncos drafted Quandarrius (Que) Robinson 134th overall in the 4th round of the 2025 NFL Draft. Robinson is a raw prospect because of his athleticism, listed at 6-foot-5 and 243 pounds with 33 1/2″ arms. He wasn’t overly productive during his college days with the Alabama Crimson Tide, recording six sacks, but was an effective pass rusher in limited reps.
Robinson had his best season during his senior year, posting career highs in tackles for loss, pressures, sacks, and a jaw-dropping pass-rush win rate in 108 pass-rush snaps. He recorded 23 tackles, seven TFLs, 19 pressures, four sacks, one forced fumble, and a phenomenal 24.0% pass-rush win rate, which ranked fourth among qualified EDGE rushers per PFF. Unfortunately, an elbow injury prematurely ended his season.
He signed his rookie contract

According to Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post, the Denver Broncos signed Quandarrius Robinson to a rookie contract. As Gabriel points out, the deal is for four years and is worth around $5.054 million with an $854,248 signing bonus. Spotrac predicts that he will earn $1,053,166 in Year 1, $1,218,166 in Year 2, $1,333,166 in Year 3, and $1,448,166 in Year 4.

Here’s Lance Zierlein’s scouting report on the raw prospect

“Fifth-year senior with a “tweener” body type but glimpses of pro potential. Robinson played primarily on special teams until 2024. He’s long and athletic but might be too light for the edge. He needs more schooling and game reps to play off the ball.
“He can run the arc as an edge rusher and has the ability to mismatch guards as an off-ball blitzer or spy mobile quarterbacks. Robinson lacks physicality, but he has enough traits to warrant consideration as a four-phase special-teamer with developmental potential as a hybrid 3-4 linebacker.”
He predicts that he will become an average backup or special teamer.
