The Colorado Buffalo was wearing white socks during a team workout. As seen in the video, Sanders told the player to put his weight back on the rack and leave. Other Colorado players got the message because they were wearing black socks.
Sanders is trying to set the standard in Colorado. Colorado finished the 2022 season 1-11. Sanders has a lot of work to do, and it starts with setting the tone. Sanders has assembled a strong roster that should be able to compete in 2023.
The video and Sander’s decision shows how serious Sanders is about his job. Sanders is dotting the I’s and crossing the T’s.
