The Cowboys are tied with the Eagles for the lead atop the NFC East. They have a chance to earn the NFC’s number-one seed. The 49ers currently occupy the number one seed with a 10-3 record.
The 49ers currently own the tie-breaker over the Eagles and Cowboys since they defeated both NFC East teams earlier this season. But much could change in the playoff hunt between Week 15 and Week 18.

Mike McCarthy deserves some love. When we had Garret we never did anything . McCarthy got us to the playoff 3/4 years since being here. He’s our best shot at winning right now

I think a lot of this is psychological. They’ve blown the playoffs so many times over the years that they expect it. Time for Jerry Jones to move on or stop being the general manager. Ever since he took that position they haven’t had much success. The fact he hung on to Garrett for so long tells me he makes decisions based on his heart strings.
