The Dallas Cowboys have a major situation brewing with superstar pass rusher Micah Parsons. He needs a new contract extension or he could end up leaving town at some point.
Jerry Jones is widely expected to get a new deal done with him. He has been very vocally confident about being able to work something out with Parsons.
Now, the real question becomes, when will the Cowboys be able to get that deal done?
A new prediction has been made for Dallas and Parsons for this offseason. This prediction will be music to the ears of any Dallas Cowboys fan out there.
Dallas Cowboys Receive Huge Micah Parsons Prediction for 2025 Offseason
Garrett Podell of CBS Sports has made some bold predictions about the NFL offseason. When it came to the Cowboys and Parsons, he expects a deal to get done in the very near future.
In fact, he is predicting that the two parties will be able to work something out before free agency opens up next week.
“They’ll continue to be “selectively aggressive” by re-signing All-Pro edge rusher Micah Parsons before free agency begins, and then they’ll spend some money on a couple outside free agents to fill some key needs.”
Not only did Podell predict that a deal will get done between Parsons and the Cowboys, he also shared some other predictions for Dallas.
He believes that Dallas will end up signing Tyler Lockett and Nick Bolton as well.
Expect to see the Cowboys end up being active this offseason. Jones suggested that they would not spend all of their money, but taking some big swings to get back into Super Bowl contention would be wise.
