Dak Prescott and Brian Schottenheimer’s pairing as quarterback & head coach has Kay Adams’ full approval according to the latest episode of her show ‘Up & Adams’. Adams, who is known for her unique and well-constructed opinions on all matters related to sport, thought that the quarterback has plenty to give to the sport, despite him being one of the older ones in the league.
Prescott has been playing for the Dallas Cowboys since 2016 after the team selected him as the 135th pick in the fourth round of the NFL draft. In his very first season with the Cowboys, the quarterback was crowned NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year. Before entering the league, Prescott played college football for the Mississippi State Bulldogs.
“The venom is going to come… It is up to Dak and Schotty to rewrite the narrative. At some point, can we stop acting like he hasn’t done anything? …This is a winner, someone who has four double-digit winning seasons in his career. 12 wins in his last healthy year. He led the league in touchdowns while he was doing that. So he hasn’t done nothing. Dak’s story is far from over. So I’m excited to see what this new regime looks like. The energy seems gray.” Kay Adams said about Dak Prescott in the latest episode of the ‘Up & Adams Show’.
QB development doesn’t stop after year 3—or year 8.

This season will be Brian Schottenheimer’s first year as head coach with the Dallas Cowboys. In the previous season, Schottenheimer was the offensive coordinator for the team and was promoted to the head coach position for the forthcoming season. While many NFL analysts have been skeptical about the chemistry between Schottenheimer and Dak Prescott, it seems like many others have nothing but positive things to say about the pairing.

Dak Prescott And Dallas Cowboys To Meet Philadelphia Eagles In Week 1
On another note, Dak Prescott and the rest of the Dallas Cowboys will be taking on the Philadelphia Eagles in the first week of the upcoming NFL season. Before that, the Cowboys will be warming up with three preseason games against the Los Angeles Rams, the Baltimore Ravens and the Atlanta Falcons.

The season-opening game for the Cowboys will be incredibly important since it was the Philadelphia Eagles who won the Super Bowl in February. Dallas will try to start the season on a positive note by defeating the previous champions.
